80% lower receivers No FFL required, these are not lower receivers but are merely incomplete until the following are completed.

Made of 7075 T6 forged Aluminium, same as normal completed lower receivers.

Pulled from final completion for sale as 80% percent AR-15 lower receiver (non finished).  These are made the same as normal lower receivers but require finishing to be classified as a firearm.

We also carry Jig Sets for the AR-15 and LR308 DPMS Type lower receivers along with Lower receiver parts kits, stripped ar15 lower receivers, and complete ar15 lower receivers.

With certain exceptions a firearm may be made by a nonlicensee provided it is not for sale and the maker is not prohibited from possessing firearms. However, a person is prohibited from assembling a nonsporting semi-automatic rifle or nonsporting shotgun from imported parts. In addition, the making of an NFA firearm requires a tax payment and approval by ATF. An application to make a machinegun will not be approved unless documentation is submitted showing that the firearm is being made for a Federal or State agency.

1.  Milling out of the receiver interior  2.  Cutting of the trigger slot  3.  Drilling of the trigger pin hole

4.  Drilling of the hammer pin hole.  5.  Drilling of the selector hole.

Completed areas:  Buffer tube area complete and threaded, detent pin holes drilled for both front pivot pin and rear takedown pin.  Magwell completely finished.  Pistol grip area finished with selector detent pin hole drilled, and threaded pistol grip screw hole.  Mag Catch and bolt catch area finished.  Trigger guard holes finished.

80% TM Recon Receiver frames are CNC machined from an investment casting of 4140 ordinance grade steel. MIL-STD-1913 picatinny rail. Index finger/thumb rest grip. The operations left to be completed are slide rails, hammer and sear pin holes, and barrel seat. This is a not an FFL item. This is not a complete frame and still requires machining to be done
